Bright Futures Campaign
MidAmerica Nazarene University has a rich heritage built upon the strong faith and pioneer spirit of our founders. Thanks to God’s gracious guidance and the contributions of committed faculty, staff, students, parents, churches and donors, MNU has grown from its five original buildings and 263 students on a former Kansas cornfield to become a beautiful, thriving campus with 21 colonial-style buildings, an enrollment of 1,900 students, and nearly 30,000 alumni.
Thank You To All Who Made This Day Possible!
MNU broke ground on the $12 million Copeland Athletic Complex September 20, 2023. Hundreds joined to celebrate where construction begins in October. City of Olathe officials, MNU leadership, campaign leadership and more than 200 athletes cheered as the first shovels were turned.
Fundraising Focus
COPELAND ATHLETIC COMPLEX
The priority now is to construct an integrated athletic complex that will enhance the student-athlete experience and bring Pioneer Football, Cross-Country, and Track & Field competitions back to campus. Addressing these needs will serve as an investment in our student-athletes as they pursue an education impacting both hearts and minds.
